When Conan and the Detective Boys visit the newly opened Toho Aquarium they encounter a woman who seems to suffer from a deep amnesia. Seeing her at a loss, the gang decide to help her regain her memory back but find themselves in midst of a conspiracy of international scale that involve the assassinations of clandestine agents all around the world.
