When Kid the Phantom Thief learns that the world’s biggest sapphire, the “Fist of Blue Sapphire”, is kept in an underground safe of a mansion in Singapore, he takes Detective Conan against his wishes overseas in search of the treasure that was once thought to be long lost.As Kid closes in on the coveted jewel, the fountain of Merlion begins to spout out blood red water, as if to foreshadow the unfolding of something ominous.
