TMS Entertainment Continues 60th Anniversary YouTube Campaign with Third Installment, Features Watch Parties Across English & Latino YouTube Channels.
LOS ANGELES, CA – [April 3rd, 2025] – TMS Entertainment will be continuing their 60th Anniversary YouTube Campaign with a third run for the month of April. Anime from their catalogue chronicling the 60 years of history will be featured on both their Anime! on TMS Official Channel and their TMS Anime Latino channel.
The month-long virtual party will feature “watch parties” spanning multiple episodes in length, multiple times a week. These releases of various catalog offerings come as a thank-you to their dedicated fanbase, and will begin Saturday, April 5th, 2025. Fans will be able to watch these watch parties through the end of April.
The campaign opens with the return of TMS Entertainment’s first ever production, Osamu Tezuka’s Big X. For the first time ever, Episode 11 will be released on TMS Entertainment’s Anime! on TMS Official Channel with English subtitles and on the TMS Anime Latino channel with Spanish subtitles for a limited time. Each channel will also see the return of Episode 1 for those that missed its previous programming in January.

BIG X
Episodes 1 & 11 (Anime! on TMS & TMS Anime Latino)
The anime that started it all! TMS Entertainment (known as Tokyo Movie Shinsha at the time) undertook their first animation production in 1964 by adapting Osamu Tezuka’s BIG X. Previously thought to have been lost to time, episodes 1 & 11 of the anime has been miraculously recovered and digitized. BIG X originally debuted in Japan on August 3rd, 1964.

Part 3 of the TMS Entertainment 60th Anniversary Campaign will feature the return of the Japanese language version of Sonic X. This is a prime opportunity for fans to experience the classic interpretation of Sonic through a new lens.
Sonic, his friends, and the evil Dr. Eggman are sucked into a warp! They find themselves in the human world where Sonic finds a new friend, a young boy named Chris. Sonic speeds through battles with Eggman, trying to retrieve all of the Chaos Emeralds so that everyone can go back home!
