TMS Entertainment and Bang Zoom! Studios Announce Open Auditions for English Dub of Undead Unluck at Anime Expo 2023
TMS Entertainment will be holding open auditions in partnership with Bang Zoom! Studios for a role in the upcoming anime adaptation of Undead Unluck.
Fans will be given both the opportunity to experience voice acting and the chance to become a part of the Undead Unluck English dub cast.
LOS ANGELES, CA – [June 15, 2023] – TMS Entertainment is thrilled to announce open auditions for a role in the upcoming, highly-anticipated anime adaptation of the Shonen Jump series Undead Unluck at this year’s Anime Expo Convention, in partnership with the renowned Bang Zoom! Studios.
The open auditions will take place on Tuesday, July 4th from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM in Main Events within the Los Angeles Convention Center. The casting event will provide aspiring voice actors with an unparalleled opportunity to showcase their talent and become part of the Undead Unluck English dub cast. Fans interested in auditioning will be required to register and sign a waiver ahead of the audition to receive their audition number for the casting event. Participants of all ages, genders, and skill levels are welcome to join; previous voice acting experience is not required. The selected finalist(s) will have the exclusive opportunity to experience studio voice acting, as they will be invited to Bang Zoom! Studios for their call-back audition.
In addition to the open casting on July 4, TMS Entertainment announced last week that it would be holding its Undead Unluck panel on July 2 from 1:30 PM in Main Events at Anime Expo. The program will provide U.S. audiences their first look at the brand-new series and will feature a discussion and Q&A with esteemed guests, such as renowned voice actors Natsuki Hanae and Moe Kahara, as well as an exclusive look at an unreleased preview. A trivia and giveaway contest hosted by the cast will proceed the panel, with prizes such as T-shirts, posters, and an Undead Unluck Open Audition Priority Pass. TMS Entertainment encourages those interested in becoming a voice talent for Undead Unluck to attend the panel to gain more insight into the series and its characters.
